Just got back from Toronto and Montreal and generally Toronto is functioning OK with the airport worker's strike. However, earlier in the week, there were delays getting near the terminal because of picketing strikers. Some passengers gave up and parked their cars in the entrance road and really snarled up traffic. They caught their flights but I don't suppose the authorities will take too kindly to the cost of towing and storing the vehicles. Leave some extra time to get to the airport -- it seems that they do shut things off occasionally even though sometimes everything goes smoothly (like today).
