How to tell whether the flight is overbooked?

Looked at AC 757 YYZ-SFO for this Sat on PTO, it shows that all Y seats are taken. Checked out ITN and it shows about 6 Y seats (all middle seats ) and 15 J seats left unassigned. ITN shows 9s in all classes.

Is this a sign of a full Y or overbooked flight? I might take this flight to have take a shot at a op upgrade!
