Has anyone noticed the same with Hilton bonus on Surpass Card??????

I thought the Surpass card was 9 pts. for every dollar spent at Hilton, so if that's the case, you're missing 14,400 pts. Or is it 6 for the Surpass and 9 for the Amex? I get confused easily.
