Closing the CTO's has really been hard on us. We are at least an hour's drive from DFW plus parking time, walking in, etc.

I had much faith in our CTO office people. They were wonderful. The office closed so fast we never got a chance to go over and thank them. That was the office in Fort Worth. They were always busy.

Will the CTO's re-open? Who knows, but AA is still paying rent on the space until the lease runs out.
