Based on what I have been told by AACS, you do get all the mileage and bonuses you would get as if you booked through AA (base miles, q-points, bonus miles, etc). The only fare which does not qualify for those miles, points, or bonuses are consolidator fares, which are booked as "O" fares. These are most common i believe on Priceline.
