'cept that I don't think that CO flights to the currently-closed European airports are >5% of their total traffic.
Not unreasonable to assume that LH, AF, BA and other european carriers are screwed since their hubs are closed - but this shouldn't be affecting CO's ability to answer gold elite line. Grr.
update: gave up after 1h45m. Called back again. Got through within 1 minute. Wierd.
