Anyone ever seen one of these?
Hi channa, in a severe event like what we're going through right now, we do create custom notifications targeted to customers whose flights haven't been canceled but are at a high risk of being impacted. It's a process we started earlier this year for high-severity events. Below is a sample message:
"Due to volcanic ash impacting flights to and from many European cities, there is a possibility your Continental travel plans may be affected. If your travel plans are disrupted, we will work to re-accommodate you on our next available departure.

For more information, please go to continental.com and select Change/View Existing Reservations to view the status of your itinerary or to change or refund your reservation without penalty."
