Here's my story: I'm a Gold member, travelling mainly to Western Europe.

8 paid stays with 9 nights - 1525$ + tax, an average of 170$ per night. Company paid 1300$, I paid 230$.
- 6/8 upgrades to Executive Rooms + breakfast +EL - equivalent of ~500$
- 2/8 upgrades to Suites + breakfast + EL - equivalent of ~300$
- 22.000 HH points - I don't know how to convert them into $, it's not my goal
- 2 free night certificates - I value them at 1000$

I spent 1525$ and got ~3500$ worth of benefits, and I am very happy for the 2 night certificates and for the Q2 promo
