just 2 more tips.
To and from Porto airport there is a tram. you can also buy an all day travel card to take advantage of all the network, airport included.
24 hours - 5 euros. 72 hours - 11 euros. all details here

At LIS 99% sure you'll get a remote stand and a bus ride. you'll be dropped at the main terminal. Just look for McDonald's. Lounge is 20 meters to the left.
