Thai & Volcanic Ash Situation
Have a whole bunch of friends trapped overseas at the moment. Malaysia Airlines are accommodating & feeding, as are BA. EVA seems to have washed their hands of everyone (act of god etc etc), but have two very good friends coming back in J on Saturday on TG 916 (to LHR).
I'm fairly certain the flight will be xx'd.
Is there anyone out there who can advise if TG will do a BR (i.e. you're on your own, sort our your own hotel) or a MH (here's a nice hotel, stay here on us while we wait to see what way the wind blows..).
Anyone else stuck in Bangkok? How's Thai's legendary customer service??!
