Can anyone tell me what the tipping convention is at this resort? The reservation confirmation indicates service is included, but I would like to know exactly what that means.

Also - there are some excellent flight/hotel packages are available on Travelocity right now. I went there looking to buy a flight only, and as soon as the results came up, an option to add a Lanai hotel came up (both the FS Manele Bay and FS Lodge were offered). When I priced it out, it was clear that booking the package offered a HUGE saving (over $1,000 compared to booking the identical flights for 2 and ocean view room separately).
