Delta is not denying her Skymiles credit, Air France is.

Certain carriers do not give credit for certain fare classes.

Air France buys the Skymiles awarded for flying AF flights, just as Delta buys the Flying Blue miles from AF for Flying Blue miles awarded on Delta flights.
