I had the same experience last month with a Sony Alpha 550. Came home from NYC to see that the price dropped $100. I sent an email on Saturday and had a response on Sunday afternoon. Money was back on my CC within 3 days. Just great service all around.
If you get the chance, find a cheap fare in the MR section and then take a trip to their super-store. The experience alone is worth the ticket price (at least if you are coming from Euorpe and need a camera). The staff in the store are fantastic. They actually talked me down from buying a full frame camera, which meant I spent less but got the right camera from my needs. Not many places will do that.
