Effective January 15 in a cost cutting mode from the Executive offices you may not mail back certificates. I mailed back three that expired in early January. I got a letter today saying sorry but you will receicve new ones when you requalify. Basically you can't have the ones you mailed in reissued. I called Advantage they immidiatly told me to call headquarters at 817 967 2000. luckly they received mine on January 14 and sent me the letter January 16. they have promised to review my case, but have not guaranteed me that I will get my 6 one ways back. So Iguess you better book tickets with these before they expire. They said to me we will mail yours back and I said can I then use them and they said no. I was told twice to mail them in so I did. Remember you can ticket up to a year out with them
