Well, I need to keep better records. According to Customer Service, I purchased a FC ticket and did not use miles (I think I used the miles for a trip to LHR). I might be due a refund. At the PHL gate, I was told I had used miles, and was allocated a coach seat. OK fine. My mistake but perhaps a few $$?
