Yea I got a bit of run-around. I'm not surprised though; had an absolutely horrible experience at the end of November and it took months to resolve the issues. I'm not exactly the property's favorite guest....

the MOD was very accommodating and generously offered to upgrade me to a suite next time I'm in town, just give him a call. I thought it was a good gesture as the hotel was VERY sold out for the "nuclear" summit.
