I stayed there when they first opened. No upgrade for RA. Go to exchange some US dollars to pay for taxi bill. They do not accept my US dollars and claiming that their bank would not accept the US dollar I had. It is not the 1996 version by the way. It is 2002 version. They happily accept my other US Dollar notes. The one they did not accept I used happily in Las Vegas for the machine.

Since then I never went back.

And I am not surprised to hear some story like this in that hotel.
