Yes, according to the CoC they sold you a ticket so are responsible for getting you there and in the class of service you paid for, otherwise providing compensation. Now while that is what they are supposed to do, it doesn't mean you are gauranteed they actually will.
As mentioned above, get a paper printout of the ticket from a delta agent at the ticket counter or skyclub.
