Just finished 6 single night stays for a run for BWB's. The place is getting very old and the renovation is definitely most welcome.

We were upgraded to only normal club kings the first 2 nights, and then to river view kings the next 4 nights.

Service was good throughout our stays. Reception didn't know much about diamond and breakfast was charged on one of the nights, yet to be refunded...

Food and bev amenity is always glass of wine and fruits, we asked to have bottled water and fruits the last night. Regency club soft drinks were expired. Bad touch.

The worst thing was our final night where there were ants all over the floor and literally pooling in a place on the floor. We simply went home. It was disgusting.

So all in all, dearly waiting for that renovation!
