What I mean is, your theory is inconsistent across ANA and UA (the way I understand your theory). If it's due to inability to get revenue from LX due to lack of LX FF program, that would affect all *A carriers not just UA.
UA filters some partner availability from inventory, even if that partner is making that space available to *A. Search FT for Starnet Blocking.
