I've just had NO luck with UA getting LX F awards even though I can see the seats on both M&M and ANA tools.

The UA agents in India just won't be drawn into any conversation about the discrepancy. I've tried 20 different dates over the next 10 months and UA blank on all of them.

Is the problem insurmountable ? Any strategies available?
