There are more times than not - as a Plat - I don't get dipsh*t extra. There are times I do, but it's not like they're many. So I'm actually going to side w/ the OP on this one & say it doesn't surprise me that - while it's unfortunate (and it is) that they're not getting what they're entitled to/.

Having said that, I too would be interested in what the OP is expecting in terms of upgrades....there are variances...
