C fares to Florida from Canada usually have a 7 day (or is it 14 day) minimum stay requirement.

I think these fares are probably for those who are planning to fly business class to Florida to take a cruise on a cruiseship (Leisure travellers who like to travel well) as opposed to business travellers who can't deal with the minimum stay requirement.
