Couldn't find a master thread for this hotel. is there one? I stayed here last week. Its a bit run down. Heard of another guest whose ceiling was leaking water....

The beds were comfortable. The location is central to downtown, but there are no other hotels around this area. The majority of nicer hotels are a bit north of downtown.
