badgerfan, you're right. last night, i checked the website and the wording seemed to emphasize that they won't accept MORE THAN 10 certificates per envelope, so i thought they might accept 5 or 10 per envelope. i called kelloggs to check it out and they stated that only 10 certificates per envelope, nothing more or less, will be accepted. why do i get the feeling kelloggs is trying to recoup some of their 'losses' from all the people who cashed in on this promotion? i'm sure they'll have more than a few disqualified submissions.
