If you read the new Kellogg's rules, 10 certs are required per envelope. Glad that I saw that!! Ten certs and 2 stamps. No returns of expired or otherwise invalid certs or any valid ones in the same envelope.

I am so hungry for Swirls and can't find any with certs!!!! I hope it's not cereal, cereal, cereal from now until 11/30/02!
