Agree with From NYC - the earliest the tube will get you back to Heathrow for is around 6.30am and they don't run as late as to get you to central London for 2am either. I would stay at the airport, on a paid night and save yourself a) the hassle of to-ing and fro-ing and b) the cost of said to-ing and fro-ing.
