I enjoyed a Meet and Greet service at the Cairo Airport recently (non-Hyatt), but we still needed to present our passports to immigration authorities in person (albeit in a special, very, very short line apparently reserved for Meet and Greet services). Are you saying that you somehow proceeded directly from the VIP lounge to the Hyatt Mercedes on the street outside the airport without ever having to present your passport
in person to an immigration authority? TIA
