I am travelling today on 1 four segment itinerary where I used CR1's and all upgrades cleared some time ago. When I checked in online, the confirmation page shows that I have been upgraded with Complementary Upgrades. Is this the normal message everyone else is getting who is using a CR1 for upgrade? I haven't had a chance to reconcile what changes took place in my pending and outstanding CR1 balances.
