FEE EXEMPTIONS WILL APPLY TO:
--MPLUS members with GS or 1K Status and their travel companion in
the same PNR.

--Customers traveling on standard awards.
--Customers with fully refundable tickets.

IRREGULAR OPPERATIONS: (DCSN/ WX/ LTEQ / MECH/ DVRT/ CNCL*)
--Without bags = Passengers traveling without bags and passenger is delayed over one hour or their flight is causing a disruption to their journey, the boarding priority would be 5A.
--If the delay is less than one hour, the boarding priority would be 5B.

--With bags = If bags have already been checked in to a confirmed flight but the customer wants to standby for an earlier flight, a two-hour notice is required (bag meter to ramp and for ramp to return bags for retagging by CSR) or confirmation must be made from the ramp that the baggage can be moved to the new flight.

*CNCL (Flight cancellation) = CG (ramp) moving bags to next flight - 2 hour rule does not apply.
I don't check bags usually, but that 2 hour required delay is just horrible!! The folks on the front line are going to get totally abused as a result of this policy
