Emirates has nothing to do with *A. They have partner agreements with some airlines (South-African, UA, and CO). So it depends:
- Which program you are in (most of *A airlines have no relationship to EK)
- If your program has a relationship with EK it will may cover lounge access to their own lounge, but not to the EK lounge.

So probably no!
