The only issue with the OLCI is that you can't change your seat once you've been upgraded, and half the time when my upgrade clears I'm stuck in a crappy non-bulkhead window seat. By the time you get to the airport to select new seat, other pax are upgraded and you're stuck.
I sure hope that eventually they will allow you to change your seat after check in as if you were at the airport, provided that you (of course) MUST print your new boarding pass with the new seat assignment or pick up a new one at the airport.
