Midwest has been gone since the 717's were toast.
They started to die when the 2x2 seating went away.
Midwest was basically like any regional airline that was being flown by a Republic crew.
Yesterday Midwest was just a paint job. Today its a fading paint job. Tomorrow it will be gone, and all will be better off.

(BTW, Midwest Chocolate Chip Cookies would have a good ring to it, and would bring the thoughts of good ol' midwestern home cooking.)
