Essentially yes that is correct. From the availabilty line we see-
F9 Y9 B9 M9 E9 U9 H9 Q9 V7 W7 S6 T1 L0 K0 G0 A9

Economy is showing here at 9+ seats but we will only sell 6 more of those seats as S fare. reading this line there's plenty open and the need for volunteers doesn't look like it's going to happen at this time. But seeing as 5/2 is a Sun, i would say keep a close eye on the flight. Think a week out and check again and i'm sure that flight availability is going to look something more like-
F2 Y2 B2 M2 E0 U0 H0 Q0 V0 W0 S0 T0 L0 K0 G0 A0
where as the load may be-
capacity booked
24/158 20/164
where UA will still sell those seats but holding a few first in the system for UDUG and counting on volunteers.
