QQ4U ... do you go to the local kiosk to print out a receipt?
I have some of the same concerns as you (since I travel every week and have a good upgrade record) .... I can share with you via PM what one of them looks like (barring you are a good FT person and deletes it after you are done

Flight path, AA flight number, ticket class, all the short codes for the flight distrib, fare, RFD, and totals ....
It is good enough now that I have our accounting folks using it as the basis for proof of flight ...

I did a search here to see if others were as frustrated. Is it really that hard to format an e-mail receipt that prints on one page?
