i have done 6am check-ins many times with no problems....

this one time my flight got cancelled & the airline put me on an earlier flight with a partner carrier that got me to my destination 3 hours earlier than my original flight....by the time i made it to the hotel it was 4am & they allowed me to check-in....that is the earliest i have managed....but 2am would really be pushing it....
