We will be traveling internationally with USAir with an infant and a 5 year old from Zurich via PHL to BGM and have 3 hours between flights.

1.) Can anyone with experience with the customs procedures in PHL tell me if we should really hurry to get our bags and move through the customs procedures or can we normally expect to "walk" our way there if we arrive on time. I remember horrendous lines at JFK a few years ago and would like to know if PHL is any different.

2.) My wife is not a US citizen as I am but has a valid 10 year multiple entry visa. Can we go together through the customs checks for US citizens or does she have to go alone to the "Others" line and I with the kids through the US citizens' line.

Is there anything we need to know about navigating through the PHL airport if we arrive on USAir?
