Anyone know where I could find emails to the hotels to email for special requests and such? With Intercontinental I always email the hotel first to ask about upgrades, and benefits, etc. I was wondering if there was anyway to find an email for a hotel, in this case the Tsim Sha Tsui in Hong Kong, as I wanted to inquire about possibly getting a Harbor View regency suite instead of a king regency suite with my Diamond confirmed upgrade.
