then rapidly went up again. sounds like it just keeps going up. the problem is so few good units. but then they dont show sold out that often...

also, im sure those units sold better than the townhomes. not sure whether owners are restricted to 60 days a year or not, like other BT residences. they dont have the guaranteed revenue option at mayakoba.
