The first class service on TAM is truely first class. The flight attendants tend to be on the formal side. The food is simply outstanding. The downside: You have to change planes at GRU and the trip between GRU and EZE will, I believe, be in business class. I'm flying to MVD in late March and will take the TAM first/business combination. I flew to EZE in November and didn't like the first class food or service on AA. And, I wasn't that impressed with the Flagship Suite.
