thats wht.. their (Accor's IT) problem is a big problem for many of us..

.. these r simple things tht can be resolved or coded and tested and deployed within even 1 week, but no one seems to worry about these..
They can easily have something like manage bookings wherein u can edit the booking info, dates etc .. and show the new price if there is a date/ room pref or some other change ..its quite simple actually..
I hope they also change their redemption guidelines of not able to book the advance purchase rates with vouchers..

but maybe am hoping too much..
