Food is, well, it's economy-class food. Drinks are free of course. Seat pitch is about as generous as on any other airline. First row of economy is a prize - but usually held back until the very last moment, if not allocated to those requiring special seating (or friends & family!). I've never looked for a footrest - i doubt it's there!
I've been on the JJ flight from FRA to GRU on the 777. Seat pitch is average, it was not as bad as I thought it would be (I'm quite big).
The AVOD is nice, but at the time I flew the Inflight Map was not operating correctly. There are electric sockets on all of TAM A330 and 777 (seats are identical on both planes).

TAM will start a duty free sale on board later this year. A good opportunity to buy spirits is also the duty free shop in the arrival hall in GRU. Not sure about connecting flights though.
