I hear a lot of complaints about CO handling IRROPs so here's my situation.
In 2007 I was flying PHX-CLE-BOS. I got to CLE and found out that weather in the Northeast was really bad and all flights were delayed. I was there at 4:30 and my scheduled 6:30 flight was already delayed two hours. They managed to find me a seat on an earlier delayed flight and appologized over and over again that they only had a middle seat for me.
