Saw a similar topic in AA, whats the nicest/coolest thing CO has done for you; gone out of there way for you during a trip or CO issue?
1) Got op-ups for myself, my flying companion, my boss, my boss's daughter and my boss' boss on an FRA-IAH flight all on < $300 tickets.
2) I showed up at the airport a day early for my flight (my fault) and they let me fly with no change fee.
3) They got me out of JFK post haste after JetBlue stranded me there a couple Valentine's days ago.
4) FAs were always a huge help whenever I flew with
baglady jr on my own.
5) Went above and beyond when EVA left my bags in SEA.
