Oh wow. That is a nice feature! Especially now that they are asking for DOB, etc.

I've run into a problem when making reservations for a church youth group that I didn't have the last name exactly right! Hyphens, spaces, etc. all make a difference. The last name on the reservation wasn't exactly the same as the last name on the mileage account number, so I couldn't link the two. Hope they don't have a problem when it comes time to fly.
