I booked a first class ticket LAX-SIN on SQ towards the end of the schedule using miles. Delta confirmed and ticketed. However, when I went to get seats, Singapore has the flights listed as waitlisted. I've tried calling both Delta and Singapore, but neither says it's within their power to fix. Finally a supervisor from delta called SQ and discovered that SQ contends these are waitlisted, that there is currently no O space, nor will they open any. I've got a ticket as far as Delta is concerned, but not according to the operating airline. It is a long time before these flights. Any ideas on how to proceed?
