Hi - i'm planning my first trip to Japan in the fall. Flying out of SFO i can fly to Tokyo or KIX. I wanted to spend 4 or 5 days in Tokyo then take the train (??) to Kyoto. For flying back, is it easiest to fly from KIX or take the train back to Tokyo and fly out of there? I have a slight preference for Tokyo since there are more (and nicer) planes from SFO, but i don't want to spend all my time in trains and i don't know the distances there.
