It makes me suspect the same, given you, Kiwi Flyer and I didn't get them and we're all based outside of Australia.
However I agree with what
Interlude said - I could have easily been affected had I kept my original travel plans. I moved my trip by about 10 days and coincidentally been spared the problems, it seems.
