OK I was already an "authorized" user with a card (both came at the same time).

What needs to be done:
I requested some form that is above "authorized user". I can't remember what they called it but it basically makes me financially responsible. This has to be filled out/signed by both my wife and myself.

Once that is processed/approved they will send out another form putting me as the #1 (or main) user on the account. Then and only then can I attach my rewards number to the card.

I'll post once I get the form and start this process. While it will be a bit of work, I still think faster than waiting the 6 months so I could re-apply myself (given everything goes smoothly).
