Yeah, that was a first for me for any flight of that length, particularly that route. I think the purser was inattentive. That followed an SFO-DEN flight where the video system was on the fritz. As noted in the compensation thread, I expressed my displeasure to 1K Voice (at the MX issue on the first flight and the apparent crew issue on the second) and was surprised to get a $200 e-cert. I explicitly hoped only that UA would correct those problems.
